By downloading or using the Slide Volume application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the Application

Functionality: Slide Volume utilizes system APIs to provide custom overlays and controls for managing your device's audio levels. Performance may vary based on your hardware and Android version.
Permissions: The app may require specific permissions (such as "Display over other apps") to function. Revoking these permissions may limit or disable the app's core features.

No Warranty: The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Developer makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability of the service or its compatibility with all third-party media players.
Audio Safety: Users are responsible for managing their own volume levels. The Developer is not liable for any hearing damage or hardware (speaker) damage resulting from the use of high volume settings.
Liability: The Developer shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Payments: Premium features are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Google Play Store. All billing disputes or refund requests must be handled through Google Play's support systems.
Account: To access premium features across multiple devices, you must sign in with your Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of this account.
