Account & Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your Slide Volume account and all associated membership data, please follow these steps:

Send an email from the Google account you used to sign in to:

Subject: Slide Volume Account Deletion

We will verify your request and purge your account identifiers, premium status metadata, and RevenueCat records within 7 business days.

Permanent Action: Deletion is permanent. Once your data is purged, we cannot restore your Pro features to that specific account without a manual verification.
Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not cancel active Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel your membership via the Google Play Store app > Payments & Subscriptions.
Local Data: Since Slide Volume does not use cloud storage, any local settings on your device can be removed simply by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
